   Jose Beaz is a bankrupt professional…. he lies just as good as Casey Anthony… whoever thinks that Casey Anthony is not guilty of felony MURDER…. is in a common sense denial… Beaz has changed his theory every time the prosecution takes the defense witness’ and destroys them … anything less then felony MURDER is a failure in our justice system

     Actually the prosecution has not proven their case at all. If the child was suffocated with duct tape why was there no DNA on the tape? The tape was attached to a decomposing face and had no DNA? Not possible.

       ohhh come on… that poor little child was thrown away like trash… with the Florida HEAT and being UNDER WATER for 2 months… there is NO WAY ANY DNA/ fingerprints would be recoverable. Did you listen to ALL the forensic witness’? They ALL agreed that finding ANY DNA/fingerprints under those conditions would be virtually impossible. You need to realize that those CSI tv shows are what they are… SHOWS…. fiction… The prosecution destroyed the defense witness’… Defense = Throw anything up against the wall and hope something sticks.
