“Reasonable Doubt” – Casey Anthony Trial – Day 3

26 May

Proven Facts all leading to reasonable doubt:

* No way of determining cause of death to a certainty

* Bizarre actions by George Anthony in reporting gas cans to police when he knows his daughter uses the gas when she runs out

* No smell from car

* No attempt to keep people away from trunk of car

* Casey completely blocked the death from her mind in public afterwords leads a person to believe she has years of some sort of mental trauma and can compartmentalize things in her mind

* Meter Reader bizarre obsession

* All accounts say Casey was great loving mom and kind person

* The prosecutions burden of proof has not been met. The only thing they proved is the child died and there was a cover-up. Murder was not proved. Casey Anthony was only proved responsible for a cover-up of something. Could be an accident, could be murder. We do not know! None of the charges are for cover-up of something we do not know.

Closing Statement by the Defense:

This is the law. The law that you the jury must render your decision based on. Whether you like me, or like the prosecution attorneys, you must follow the law. And the law calls for complete knowledge of what happened. No reasonable doubt. That is the law. Nothing to do with me, the prosecution, the judge, our side bars, or anything. The prosecution wants so badly to answer for you to believe…….(fill it in)….but they can’t…..(fill it in)…

“REASONABLE DOUBT”…….we have given you 20? different reasonable doubt facts, Undisputed. Cont…..

All of this uncertainty leads to Not Guilty!

    No well-educated person has turned on Casey. It takes an upper-level education in the dysfunctions to understand her abusive situation that lead to the lies concocted by George, and why Casey followed along. No murder in this case at all. Will be nice to see the lawsuits emanating as a result of the lack of adequate prosecution on this case. Hope all the team of prosecutors get the DP themselves for their documented crimes against victims. We miss you Caylee, too bad you went into the pool when you were told not to. Caylee drowned in the pool and George and Casey did things to throw off the investigation, which under the situation of the abuse, appears quite reasonable. Clearly and certainly no murder ever took place in this case.

    Exactly why Casey can never be convicted for something that was not even a crime; accidental drowning coupled by the abuse to mask the non-alert.

    I wish the defense can put me up as a professional witness, my wife comes from a dysfunctional family she was not affected because it went to hell when she was alittle older, but her sibligs! and parents! are just nuts just like how casey was acting. normal to the outside world you wouldnt know a thing no matter what was going on. my sister inlaw she babysits for us on a regular basis, i could not hire a better babysitter she is that good with kids she loves them and they love her. I have to tell you, i can see her doing such a coverup job should god forbid something happen, i dont even mean death, But if lets say the child was choking i could see her not calling 911 because they are going to blame her or look down on her etc..(in her mind) and she has such a low self esteem that in order to protect her self image she would cover up and lie. So is casey a sick women absolutely she needs help did she kill her child? i dont think so women like this from my experience have such a low self esteem the one way they pump up their self image to feel good about themselves is to be better than average mothers, You have to see my mother in law or sister inlaw watching my kids they would bathe them twice a day change them constantly, buy toys non stop etc.. if it goes to hell yes they will cover it up but not because they caused it but because of the psychological damage it will do to them, its a natural defense mechanism

    I believe the Anthony’s are in on the defense strategy. George is the fall guy for reasonable doubt. The jury finds Casey not guilty. She then claims the sexual abuse was a lie…she is free…George is free. Casey can’t be tried again due to double jeopardy.

      Excellent hypothesis Katydid. 🙂

    Nancy Grace says Casey Anthony is a victim. June 3rd on Nancy’s only remaining show after she was fired from every previous show, Nancy Grace states that Casey Anthony is a victim, yet Nancy appears upset with that. Perhaps Nancy’s demeanor is induced by her own personal drug-usage or perhaps alcohol usage but it appears Nancy has a high probability of losing even more viewers as Casey’s case get presented so poorly and ineffectively by the prosecution. Perhaps Nancy is in fear again of losing her only remaining television show if Casey if not convicted of first-degree-murder. Which, according to the facts of the case, appears highly probable. Don’t worry Nancy, you can always work in an ice cream shop again or be a beer-taster for your favorite brand.

    Casey was sexually molested by her father and brother which may have contributed to her actions of lying and manipulation. After Caylee drown, the actions that occurred afterward was directed by George, not Casey. This case remains quite simple imo. Why the prosecution continues to present such a weak case is unfathomable, why don’t they want true justice for Caylee? Maybe in Caylee’s next-life, she will not go into the swimming pool and drown like her mother and grandmother told her in this life.
